Clear Travel Route for North Sikkim Tour

Reach Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station (near Siliguri).
Step 2 – Transfer to Gangtok
From Bagdogra/NJP, travel by road to Gangtok (approx. 4–5 hours).
Step 3 – Permit Process
North Sikkim requires government permits (arranged by us). Original ID proof is mandatory.
Step 4 – Gangtok to North Sikkim
From Gangtok, shared/private SUV vehicles travel in convoy toward:
- Lachung (Approx. 6–7 hours drive)
- Lachen (Approx. 6–7 hours drive)
Step 5 – Excursion Points
- From Lachung → Visit Yumthang Valley & Zero Point
- From Lachen → Visit Gurudongmar Lake (early morning drive)
Step 6 – Return to Gangtok
After sightseeing, return to Gangtok and later transfer to Bagdogra/NJP.
Due to terrain conditions, only registered vehicles with local drivers are allowed beyond Gangtok.

Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer to Gangtok
